A neutralizing agent that stops explosive devices from exploding. That is the terrorists main weapon and would end the majority of the violence.

I intend to create a “laser” (in Dr. Evil style quotation marks) that will be as powerful as a nuclear bomb but leave no traces of radiation.

I don’t know that it would be all that “cool” a job.
I would invent a weapon so deadly that no one on Earth could survive its use…and I would give it to everybody…and it would end all war because no one could use it because they’d kill themselves as well.

The ultimate weapon is surely the NANOBOTS custom designed to do whatever is best for the given situation at hand! I would make them designed so that no conventional weapons could exist within the area in question. They would convert all explosive substances into an inert safe substitute,and thus make all bullets useless, as well as all bombs and artillery ammo equally so! They would also convert all known variations of chemical weapons and bio weapons instantly upon coming into proximity! When released into the air over Dimona they would instantly reproduce by the millions and spread through out the atmosphere and render all radioactive substances harmless ,making every nuclear weapon israel possesses worthless! Lets see how arrogant they can be after this event! Add to this time travel and time changes after the fact! If it doesn’t work the first time try,try again!
