    I’d have to agree with bill. GM crops seem to be the hot topic ATM.

    GMO’s are definitely all the rage today! Check out this link for more info!

    Also, tissue cultures are big- but that’s more in horticulture. Making somatic embyos is neat, but I am not sure how widely it is used. There’s a technique called fluid drilling, where somatic embryos are suspended in a gel and put into the ground by a truck that shoots them out- but I can’t find any sites with it- sorry
