Your question is *quite* vague…
There are many different definitions of technology, many different fields.
Consumer, industrial, commercial, military, aerospace…numerous others.

unfortunately the gizmo with the highest degree of technological advancement is made for war. In second place come the robots being created in Japan that were designed for space missions.

It is in a lab somewhere. we don’t get to know about it. and yes, it is probably something made for war, or to help invade peoples privacy. HOWEVER. I HOPE it is a wonderful magic oven that cooks everything fast, never burns anything, and ACTUALLY cleans itself… Or a self driving car, so I don’t have to worry about these idiots on the road.
