the drill is better due to knowledge skills of dentist is more and there is laser and ozone but it need trained dr

a laser is new BUT not very common because of the cost. No real studies out there to show that it is better than what dentists have already.
Really it’s turning out to be a marketing thing at this point rather than something that is better. And if a dentist does use a laser, you’ll be sure it’s somehow reflected in the cost of the filling.
