And if it can be added, how? If there are any programs or websites please list them.

No…it sounds like you have an outdated phone. I don’t think they make mobile phones anymore that don’t have the bluetooth capability. Sounds like it’s time for an upgrade. Depending on your carrier there should be a free phone option with a new contract…AT&T definitely has this option.

You can get a bluetooth Dongle at least you used to be able to. It plugs into your phone and does the bluetooth thing.
