Does anyone know if Bluetooth Technology can be added to any cell phone that does not have it?

    Unless your phone is a PDA-phone with a compact flash bay, nope.

    You can get a bluetooth Dongle at least you used to be able to. It plugs into your phone and does the bluetooth thing.

    i don’t think it is possible. you need to upgrade your cellphone.

    No…it sounds like you have an outdated phone. I don’t think they make mobile phones anymore that don’t have the bluetooth capability. Sounds like it’s time for an upgrade. Depending on your carrier there should be a free phone option with a new contract…AT&T definitely has this option.
