What can Bluetooth technology add to a laptop?

I’m thinking about getting a USB Bluetooth adaptor for my laptop, but am not sure what benefit I may get. Most Bluetooth technologies out there are still quite expensive, and Bluetooth printers, headphones and all that jazz, I can simply get wireless instead. Besides, I don’t mind too much cable wires. But Bluetooth for laptops, any benefits you think?

First of all the range of a bluetooth device is only 10 meters, well many can be used upto 100 meters but those are too expensive. U can use bluetooth to connect bluetooth mouse, keyboard, cellphone, printers , with 2 pcs with bluetooth u can even network them.. If u don hav any bluetooth enabled devices (like bluetooth mouse, keyboard, cellphone, printers ) then their is no benefit of buying a bluetooth for laptop.
