Copyright laws and spoofing other films or people?

Brad G asked:
Im creating a 3d animation and there are 2 things I would like to find out about regarding copyright infringement- the first is during the show they turn on the television and a movie is playing- lets say for instance rambo, but something like rambo 10- that is part of an existing franchise, but episode 10 obviously doesnt exist, so the characters will say hey its rambo 10, and then it will cut to an image of the tv where you will see a 3d cartoon image of salvester stalone kicking @ss, or a supposed clip from the movie… (all my own work obviously)

the second is- what if you have in the cartoon something unfortunate happening to (for example) paris hiltons dog- you dont mention her name, but you know by manerisms and whatever that is it her, can you get into trouble for this kind of thing, like get sued for emotional trauma or whatever

As far as the rambo episode, there is a doctrine of “fair use” that lets comidians get away with spoofing tv shows or movies. I don’t know if it applies to making fun of a real person.
