Do the 3D films shown in theaters work on TV?

If you wore the same glasses that are provided at theaters, would the films also appear 3 dimensional if viewed on a television?

    It has to be broadcast properly, and it can work

    Unless the film was adapted for 3D on the television, then no, it wouldn’t. As far as I’ve seen, only one movie was released in 3D at the theaters, then put on television in 3D: Hannah Montana: The Best of Both Worlds Tour 3D. Usually, a film that was distributed in 3D in the theater, won’t be in 3D when it is on DVD or television.
